∠BAC and ∠QPR, ∠ABC and ∠PQR, ∠BCA and ∠QRP are congurent angles. Sides AB and PQ, BC and QR, AC and PR are congurent sides. Therefore, △ABC and △PQR.
Definition: When two triangles have the same shape and size, they are called congruent. In congruent triangles, corresponding sides and angles are equal. In the figure, triangles ABC and PQR are congruent. Symbolically, it can be written △ABC ≅ △PQR.
